Machine Safety:
- It is the responsibility of the Equipment Owner, or Employer, to maintain and operate machinery in compliance with operating and maintenance instructions provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Only qualified personnel should perform repair & maintenance processes, and they, should at all times, observe all safety instructions and other reasonable safety practices.
- Failure to observe safety instructions and reasonable safety practices can cause damage to the equipment, serious bodily injury and/or death.
- Lockout/Tagout procedures must be followed, as required by OSHA, whenever operating the machine and when performing machine construction & installation, setup, adjustment, inspection, modification, maintenance and service.
- It is the responsibility of the employer to properly train its employees to safely perform service and repair procedures on equipment.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of this site is at your sole risk. The site, and services, are provided on an “as is” basis. Automated Machinery, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, to the content and services provided on this site, including, but not limited to, fitness for any particular purpose and non-infringement. Although Automated Machinery, Inc. will make every effort to post, only accurate information, they make no warranties as to accuracy or limitations of the information on the site, and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in content. Further, Automated Machinery, Inc. makes no representations regarding the use or the consequences of the use of any content contained in this site.
